1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your goods to request a return. After this 30-day period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges

Please be advised of the following regarding shipping costs:

  • Original Shipping: All shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at Info@alaxi.co.uk  Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Inspection and Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Processing time: Please allow [7-10] business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund for any items that arrive in a non-functional state.

Refund Protection Terms

Our 30-day guarantee is designed to give every customer a fair opportunity to try the product. To ensure fairness and prevent misuse, the following conditions apply:

  • The guarantee is limited to one (1) refund per customer, household, and payment method.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must have been used as directed for the full 30-day period.
  • A reasonable quantity of product must remain; items that are fully or near fully consumed are not eligible.
  • Proof of purchase and reasonable proof of use (e.g. product photos) may be required.
  • Refunds apply only to the initial order and do not cover subsequent subscription shipments.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse, excessive claims, reselling, or fraudulent activity.
  • Accounts identified as attempting to bypass or exploit this policy (including repeated orders under different details) may be restricted from future purchases.
